After 2013 Knorr & Macho GmbH once again expanded its machine park and invested in two new Maplan injection molding presses for the production of molded rubber parts.
The two new elastomer presses are each designed for a press weight of 250 tons and can produce molding tools within a maximum clamping size of 630 x 500 mm.
A total of 19 machines with a pressing weight of 160 to 460 tons are currently in use at Knorr & Macho GmbH, which produce high-quality molded rubber parts even more flexibly and in TOP quality for an international customer segment - using the injection molding process via cold runner or hot runner technology.
Whether small series and/or mass production in millions just-in-time are no problem.
