Introduction Computer-Aided-Quality-System (CAQ).

As part of the ongoing optimization of existing quality standards, Knorr & Macho GmbH is introducing a CAQ system (Computer Aided Quality System) from Syncos.

In this way all corresponding quality-relevant data will be available centrally and process-oriented on an EDP basis for the future.

Therefore all qualitative processes in the value chain, such as quality planning, preventive quality assurance, as well as measurement and test data, are organized even better and presented in a more transparent manner.

Based on this a complete documentation of all quality processes is created, or critical areas, for example in the area of production / outgoing goods, are recognized more quickly.

The following quality areas will be controlled or implemented at Knorr & Macho GmbH via the new CAQ system in future:

  • first sampling inspection planning
  • Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Documentation process control plan
  • Goods receipt / goods issue
  • Manufacturing inspections SPC
  • Test equipment management
  • complaint management
  • audit control
  • action planning
