Due to the continuing good economic situation, Knorr & Macho GmbH has its Maschinenpark für den Bereich Gummiformteil-Produktion nach 2018 nochmals um zwei weitere Spritzgusspressen Ende des zweiten Quartals erweitert.
The two new elastomer presses from MAPLAN are aligned for a pressing weight of 250 tons and can produce molded part tools within a maximum clamping size of 500 x 450 mm.
A total of 23 presses with a pressing weight of 160 to 460 tons are currently in use at Knorr & Macho GmbH, which produce high-quality molded rubber parts with the injection moulding process per cold ore hot runner technology even more flexibly and in TOP quality for an international customer segment.
Whether small series and/or mass production in millions just-in-time are no problem.
